Great work out last night. I increased my intensity on my treadmill and walked 15 extra minutes . It feels so invigorating afterwards, it's Awesome!
Last night I had to punch an extra hole on my belt, since the last notch on the belt was not holding my pants up. I might have to invest in a new smaller belt soon. I had a funny feeling I went overboard with my shirt shopping last time. I ended getting 9 shirts (not a wise decision) and now they fit oversize. Too bad I have to wear them until I get into 2 sizes smaller or else that would be just money down the drain.
Tomorrow is my weigh in. I'm looking forward to seeing a pound drop, although remember, I ate 7 slices of pizza this past weekend, I might have gain instead, I hope not, because I been keeping up with my exercise throughout the week as planned. I'm sure this approaching weekend will be different than the last one. I have a challenge, so I have no choice but to be good.
I am very intrigued to find out what my resting metabolism is. I will try to figure that out sometime soon.
